last friday when i got home from the track i took the mark out for a lttle off the line practice. so i was launching my car and i cherped my tires but i went a little to fast. i am getting pritty good at it, but aparently the cops dint think so i got pulled over the cop came up to my window and i gave him the usual. he comes back to my window and tells me to turn my lights on and walks around my car and comes back to the window and says "i see you wer'nt waring your seat belt" and being the stupid kid that i am i said no i had it on than he looks at me " i dont think your quite getting me son" *wink* *wink* "your not wareing your belt" so the cop ends up giveing me a ticket for a seat belt violation in sted of speeding

No points and its only like 40 bucks. Cant beat that.

Seatbelt violations do incure points. Not bad, but don't get involved with the wildlife in Port Orange.

i have had a couple seat belt tickets. and my mom works for an insurance company and they both say(mom and ticket office) that they dont give you any points.

They changed the law over the summer. About the same time they started that click it or ticket thing back up.

im from minnesota and we dont have a point system so as long as i have a mn Dl i will be safe. and i am sure on that
