View Full Version : Plastic headlights
I was wondering if anyone can recommend a product to get the yellow and cloudiness off plastic headlights. I have seen some products and kits on the web, but was wondering what works and if there is a store locally that sells these products. Thank you in advance for any help.

3M rubbing compound is awesome. I used it on my headlights. Also it takes off overspray, sap, etc...takes off everything...the more you scrub, the more it takes off...great stuff.
Thanks for the advice, what a difference. The passenger side doesn't look as good as the driver, so it needs a little work. Since I have better night visibility I will attend the next meeting. Thank you again.

For a small fee I will buff the lenses with my rotary buffer this weekend, since I'll be home Friday night.

Wet sand with 2000 grit sandpaper and then finish off with Mother's Mag and Aluminum polish.
