i need some thing faster

i was comeing home to night from being at the school and driving west on ISB. i look to my left and i see a car tryiing to pass ,so naturaly i play with him by staying ahead of him. the light turned red and we stoped and he was driving a 67 mustang with road slicks .

ok no big deal . we stage at the light and when it hit green we took off and i almost had him to.we stoped befor we hit 70. now i am not mad that i lost but the fact is i have only won 2 races i have been in out of the 20 or so since i had the car ,

i guess what i am trying to say is i thought a 32 valve V8 was suposed to be fast ? i think i just pic the wrong fights. i did beat a superchaged 3.8 t-bird by a sec and a half that has to count for some thing

I dunno I used to have one of those supercharged t-birds. It wasnt the fastest thing but I ran a mid 14 with only a catback exhaust stock blower pulley. You sure he was racing?

When I purchased my 87 307 powered regal, I figured, V8 Rear drive, must be fast, I was wrong.

I did my research and found my current car. If you want somthing fast, Do some of your own looking first and buy what you want, not what other people tell you to buy.

big car for a big guy i have 14.04 lbs for every Hp its a 4000 lbs car. i need to get ahold of this geno guy looks like he couled be my best friend. its still alright i have some horse power with a hell of alot of classas. will put it best i have THE mafia car. i think the 3.8 t-bird was shifting bad but never the less i still won. I theoreticly should be able to beat any mn12 body car V8 or not.

Will, that stang looks pretty good. But i just cant get over the shitty rear of those cars. One of my eventual projects is to TT a fox. Im going for mid 8s on a FULL street car. I can do it. It may actually be the bext project after emma. That or the 69 vette project. Well never know.

Im guessing you "bs" ing the low 10 sec thing. just wait eddie. I AM getting a new T3 kit that just came out. I know the guy personally, and im getting it at cost. Go look up the Garret T3 super 60. My turbos are gonna be derivatives of those. Proven to 625hp each on a 2.0L 4 cylinder motor.

With that setup, 10.5 all turbo wont be hard with a crappy launch. Add a small shot of nitrous and youre hauling ass. I dont bench race, but you can argue with the flow of a T3 turbo. And remember guys.. ALL WHEEL DRIVE. I can net a 1.6 short time with no sweat on radials. IF i go balls out, get two step and launch with boost, id be pulling a 1 flat on slicks. Go ask a GSX guy. That is irrelevant. I dont think you, eddie, will be around to see what this car can do with big blowers on it.

Now i just have to get the money together and ill be god to go by maybe xmas. Oh, and I can put big ball bearing T3/T4s on there and run 900 wheel hp, too. There are 800cfm (each) BB T4s for less than $1200 each. That is more flow than a T88 eddie. With the T3 setup, there are thousands of different combinations to choose from. I guess ask joe of you done belive me, but faster times are only a bigger compressor wheel away. I choose to keep this car streetable, so im not going to big. My engine CAN take it. like the supra motor, this bottom end has been proven to 900hp on stock internals. I have forged everything. bring it :cool:
