Hey folks, I spoke to Ed about this and he said to post. If you don't personally have a need for this, you may know someone who does or can point me to a better place to advertise. Maybe a Riddle messageboard? Or DBBC/ other?
Due to divorce, I am renting out 1/2 of my home in Ormond Beach, Tomoka Oaks subdivision (adjacent to the Trails). The house has 2 "apartments" in it, the rental side has 2 BR. 1 full bath, full kitchen, and living room. There is an out building in back that will serve as a garage for anything except a big SUV or van. The location is very private (wooded) and quiet, except that we're near the railroad, which does run a few times a day. During winter & summer with the windows closed you don't even need to turn the TV up, but we realize it's not for everyone due to that. We don't really notice it but we've been here a while.
We're asking $350 a month each person, but I need 2/3 people and $700 a month TOTAL...so a couple (BF/ GF) together or 2 friends would work. ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED in the price, except for phone, but most people have cells these days so that point may be moot. The only other thing that would be extra would be internet if it was needed. (I have Roadrunner on my side, but none on the rental side). I would have to talk to Brighthouse and see what that would cost to add on, or if they could use the existing line to add on, don't know much about how that works.
There is an inground, enclosed pool as well.
We're looking for non-smokers only, and reliable responsible people.
