One of my exhaust mounts fell off, can anyone weld it back on for me? It's two quick welds and should only take ~5 minutes. I'll buy lunch for anyone who does it.

go to muffler man and say you had it put on there and ask them to reweld it. chances are they wont ask you for a reciept.

John hooked me up with some really good TIG welding for my intercooler piping. He called a buddy of his and used a 'favor' to get this for me. Im sure if it's just steel he can tack that stuff in about 3 minutes, and he has the stuff to do it at the shop. Show up with two double cheeseburgers and he'll probably do it for free :D

You don't need your torque boxes welded. Wild Rides sells battle boxes that are bolt ins.

Welding up the axle tubes just sounds like a good idea.

Welding the torque boxes sounds like a good idea when you read this article: (8.8 rears) http://www.modulardepot.com/?show=articlesdet&aid=14

Why buy battle boxes, when welding works like a champ?

The battle boxes are actually a lot stronger, because they add more material to the stressed areas. They aren't expensive, surely no more than paying someone to weld all that stuff.
