is it for a V6 or V8 ??? (I.E. 120 mph or 150 mph ?)

it is for a V8 GT...it would not fit a V6 and I'm really not sure about a Cobra...

I bought it off ebay for 12.99 + 11.95 S+H

i wouldnt mind gettin that from you ive seen it before hows the installation?

I won't lie...it wasn't as easy as putting in my air intake...

you first pull out the light knob by pushing out a pin with a screwdriver (sounds easier than it is)

unscrew and pull out the panel

scrape off the old gauges and pull them out without removing the needle...

then splice the wires onto the parking light wires (the positive is a brown wire).

U then slide the original back into place and put everything back together.

dude why does it stop at 120 mph, stock ones go to 150, that's not cool
