View Full Version : Seal Dynamics needs project engineers
This is one of our subsidiaries. They need project engineers to reverse engineer OEM parts to produce FAA/PMA parts. Give me a call if you are interested and I'll forward your resume.
C'mon guys, I get a nice referral bonus here...

In Kansas?
Will they pay for my PhD? It's based in fluid dynamics.
No this one was in Tampa, but I don't think I can manage the referral bonus anymore since I don't work there anymore. If you qualify for a level 3+ position at Spirit, I get a kickass referral bonus. Do it. They will pay for any advanced degrees (pay for, not reimburse) and WSU is a pretty good aerodynamics school with Spirit/Boeing/Cessna/Learjet/Bombardier/Raytheon/Hawker/etc in Wichita.

or just go work for EADS in Alabama on the new US military cargo plain...I ravish at the idea that Boeing didn't get the the contract...I actually laughed a little bit...a European company is now building a plane for the US of A armed Forces...fucking A
SD's primary focus is distribution of OEM replacement parts to airlines. They have a secondary function where they PMA OEM parts (make aftermarket parts). I don't know the specifics of how their process works, but basically the project engineer gets a package from the NPD (new product development) team with all the OEM documentation they can find. The project engineer designs the part to OEM spec and assembles a booklet for the FAA to substantiate the design. I don't know if this position is still available, as it was quite a while ago.
And as for EADS getting the tanker deal. Totally lame. Boeing has been making tankers for 50+ years. EADS has a whopping total of 0 years of experience in tankers. Not to mention they are a foreign company. Go team outsource! Kansas is flipping shit over it. Congress is trying to pass a bill to stop it from going to EADS. I hope they do, that's another couple thousand jobs just in WIchita, let alone the US when we sure could use some economic help.
